Hello, fellow-Cerner Users! Have any of you developed a mechanism to consolidate user comments either by leveraging existing functionality in CPM or by using the Message Center or by bolting on a third party app in order to track patient inquiries? Ideally we would also like to be able to report on these issues. Thanks for your help!
