Ambulatory Provider Re-training

Hello Everyone, We have several venues to relay information to our providers (Super user webinars, monthly news letters, site visits, and workflows posted on our intranet), but the information does not seem to be getting where it needs to be.

Would anyone be willing to share how they handle re-training of their Ambulatory providers?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Our organization just instituted a mandatory one hour training for all physicians called Doctormentation. We are a pretty large organization, so it'll take a while to get through the first round. I'm excited to see what the providers get out of it. (though many are not happy about it)
