Hello Everyone. I am from an Ambulatory Cerner medical group in CT. We are having difficulty with our overdue orders process and was looking to see what others were doing regarding their overdue orders. We have an overdue tasks and incomplete orders reports that the clinics run and address the issues. This can be a workflow issue or an education issue on completing tasks and orders.
