Is anyone using another product other that Department Order Entry, when out-patients come for phlebotomy draw. The work flow is very cumbersome.

We also use osmrequisitionorderentry, though I'm not sure it's tremendously better. @PhilipFoulis which part of the workflow is the biggest pain point? The registration/encounter creation, the order entry/activation and label printing, or the documentation of specimen collection?
