How is your hospital managing organ donor cases? Insurance covers up to the point of declaration of death, care adn services rendered afterwards for organ procurement are on a second account. Do you create the 2nd account concurrently or retrospectively?

When running EMUEs, we are erroring out when the Rumba session - "This Terminal Is Available" - takes too long to load. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it? Way back, I vaguely remember setting the TermID as highest priority, but no one seems to remember how to do this. Any help is appreciated.
