After extensive negotiations, Mosaic Life Care, acquired St. Francis Hospital in Maryville, MO. Ultimately, they decided to migrate the acquired facility from SMS to the highly customized Cerner platform in use at Mosaic's main campus.
“I was likening our project to a car going down the road 90 miles an hour and we changed all four wheels as we went and we didn't stop the car”.
